TARGET USER: |

Small to medium-sized businesses and
industries for start up or expansion of existing projects up to
$10,000,000. Preference is given to
projects that improve employment and economic conditions in rural
communities and towns with a population of less than 50,000.

LOAN TYPES: |
|
Loans may be made up to 30 years on land,
buildings, and permanent fixtures; up to 15 years on machinery and
equipment; and up to seven years for working capital. Rates can be fixed.

|
ADVANTAGES: |
Source of large start up or expansion capital for companies that
may not fit into traditional lending guidelines. |

WHO’S NOT ELIGIBLE: |
Churches, golf courses, race tracks, gambling
establishments, agricultural production. |
