Port Manatee occupies approximately 1,100 acres and features 40-foot deep facilities. Its location, on U.S. 41, five minutes north of the intersection of I-275 and U.S. 41, lies just minutes north of Bradenton.  It is the closest U.S. deepwater seaport to the Panama Canal.
